GRAP'SUD is the result of the union of six distilleries :

CAP'SUD SCA, with its head office located in Rieux Minervois (Aude).
LA VAROISE SCA, with its head office located in La Crau (Var).
LA GARDONNENQUE SCA, with its head office located in Cruviers-Lascours (Gard).
The Co-operative Distillery of Narbonne (Aude).
LA SCA Distillation des Vignerons d'Ouveillan (Aude).
ROUSSILLON ALIMENTAIRE LA CATALANE, with its head office located in St Feliu d'Avall (Pyrénées Orientales)

The union embraces wine growers who represent more than 7 million hectolitres of wine.

3 subsidiaries :

INOSUD SAS, for the manufacturing and sales of Natural Grape Sugar, Grape Juice Concentrate and Tartaric Acid for the wine making and food industries.

Distillery ROMANN-RAMEL SAS, located in Sigolsheim, in Haut-Rhin (Alsace).

NUTRITIS SAS, for the collect and valorisation of fruit stations surplus, in a liquid fruit sugar form (fructose, glucose and sucrose, packed in an invidual form or blended on request)

- 120 000 T of grape marc (skins)

- 200 000 Hls of lees

- up to 600 000 Hls of wines

GRAP'SUD is also holding:

- A subsidiary in Spain, SL GARDOVIAL located in San Clemente (CASTILLA LA MANCHA), which produces Grape Sugar and Grape Juice Concentrate and treats more than 500 000 Hls of Grape Must every year.

- In Argentina, 33% of DERIVADOS VINICOS located in Palmira (MENDOZA), distillery which treats more than 100 000 T of Grape Skins, produces Tartaric Acid, Grape Seed Oil, Polyphenols from grape and neutral Alcohol.
