Description

Coloured powder extracted from red grapes (Vitis vinifera) which contains polyphenols, such as anthocyanins and procyanidins (OPC), with a guaranteed content.
The extraction and purification process will preserve its characteristics.

Application

The high concentration in polyphenols and the good polyphenols-price ratio allow various uses in the nutraceutical industry :

  • antioxidant and anti-free radicals scavenging action
  • content in polyphenols 
  • content in flavonoids.
