Liquid concentrate obtained from selected red / white wines by vacuum distillation and concentration.

Application

Food industry :

  • culinary bases
  • sauces
  • soft drinks

Advantages

The use allows :

  • A reduction of volumes to handle for the liquid forms (1 kg concentrate = 35 L of wine)
  • an easier administration (alcohol  < 1°)
  • a better stability of the product to which it is added

 Products also available in powder form.

Packaging

1000 L containers = 1200 Kg net.
23 L drums = 25 Kg net.
