Grape seeds

Description

Stemmed from fresh grape marc or from alcoholised marc perfectly ensiled. Dried immediately after the marc alcoholic extraction, they keep all their natural qualities.

Application

Rich in unsaturated fatty acids, they allow the production of a high quality oil. A rigorous selection allows us to produce grape seeds rich in polyphenols.

Grape seeds may also be used as cattle food or as biofuel.
