Description

MCR SUCRAISIN®  is a rectified must concentrate made from a grape juice, processed in order to eliminate all the components which are not « sugar ». After concentration, we obtain a pure fruit sugar (glucose and fructose), totally neutral.

In accordance with the European Community legislation (regl. CE 1493/99).
