Description

SUCRAISIN® ROUGE is obtained from black grapes selected and treated according to the best technologies of extracting colour : the « flash détente » and/or the « thermovinification ».
After filtering, they are concentrated at low temperature to keep all the gustative, aromatic and colouring characteristics.

The concentration ensures the microbiological stability.

In accordance with the European Community legislation (regl. CE 1493/99).
